3. Payments & Subscriptions

  • All fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before service activation.

  • After the initial payment, HWA Home Warranty, Inc. will handle all future charges and services.

4. Service Transition to HWA Home Warranty

  • Upon subscription, we transfer your account and warranty plan to HWA Home Warranty, Inc.

  • After transfer, all warranty claims, repairs, and services are handled directly by HWA.

  • Metaforge Innovations LLC is not responsible for HWA’s service terms, claims, or resolutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Metaforge Innovations LLC is not liable for any service delays, denials, or issues after transferring your account to HWA Home Warranty.

  • We do not guarantee coverage for all appliances and systems—eligibility depends on HWA’s policies.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

6. Website Usage

  • You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of our website.

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue website features without prior notice.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Once your payment is processed, it is non-refundable.

  • After transfer, you must follow HWA Home Warranty’s cancellation and refund policies.
