1. No Refunds on Initial Payment

  • All payments made to Metaforge Innovations LLC are non-refundable.

  • The initial one-time charge covers administrative costs and the transition of your service to HWA Home Warranty, Inc.

  • Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Service Transition to HWA Home Warranty

  • After subscribing, your warranty services are transferred to HWA Home Warranty, Inc.

  • Any requests related to service cancellation, modifications, or refunds must be directed to HWA Home Warranty, Inc., as they will handle your coverage moving forward.

  • We are not responsible for refund policies, claims, or cancellations managed by HWA.

3. Exceptions

  • If there was a billing error due to a system glitch or duplicate charge, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for review.

  • Refunds for such cases will be processed at our discretion and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
